At Vedeshu Global Private Limited, we are committed to delivering quality products with care, purity, and trust. Every product listed on Vedeshu.com is checked before dispatch to ensure it reaches you in proper condition.

Our product range may include devotional dhoop sticks, dhoop cones, perfumes, attars, sarees, cotton bags, and other lifestyle products. However, in the rare case that something is not right with your order, we are here to help.

1. Return / Replacement Eligibility

We accept return or replacement requests only in the following cases:

  • Wrong product received
  • Product received in damaged condition
  • Product is defective
  • Product is incomplete or missing items

Important Guidelines

  • The issue must be reported within 24 hours of delivery.
  • Clear photos and/or an unboxing video are required for verification.
  • Minor variations in fragrance, color, texture, fabric shade, print, packaging, or appearance are natural and will not be considered defects.
  • Products must be unused and in their original packaging.

Requests raised after 24 hours of delivery will not be eligible for return, replacement, refund, or store credit.

2. How to Report an Issue

To raise a return or replacement request, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with the following details:

  • Order ID
  • Registered mobile number or email ID
  • Clear photos of the product and packaging
  • Unboxing video showing the issue clearly

3. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or replacement:

  • Used or partially used products
  • Opened dhoop sticks, dhoop cones, perfumes, attars, essential oils, or fragrance products
  • Products with broken seal or damaged original packaging
  • Sarees, clothing, or bags that are used, washed, altered, stained, or damaged by the customer
  • Products purchased during sale, clearance, offer, or marked as “non-returnable”
  • Products damaged due to customer handling, storage, or misuse
  • Products returned without original packaging, tags, labels, or invoice

4. Fragrance, Fabric & Personal Preference Disclaimer

Fragrance, fabric feel, color perception, and product preferences are subjective and may vary from person to person.

Returns or exchanges will not be accepted for:

  • Dislike of fragrance
  • Fragrance intensity or longevity expectations
  • Personal sensitivity or preference
  • Difference in color due to screen display or lighting
  • Minor fabric, print, texture, or handmade variations
  • Cases where the correct product was delivered in proper condition

5. Exchange / Replacement Policy

We offer replacement only in eligible cases such as:

  • Damaged product received
  • Defective product received
  • Wrong product received
  • Incomplete order received

Once your request is approved:

  • Reverse pickup may be arranged if available at your location.
  • If reverse pickup is not serviceable, we may request you to ship the product to our address.
  • Replacement will be shipped within 3–5 working days after approval and product verification.

6. Refund Policy

Refunds are generally processed in the following forms:

  • Replacement of the product, or
  • Store credit / coupon code of equal value

Refunds, store credit, or coupon codes will be processed within 5–7 working days after approval.

Shipping charges, COD charges, gift wrapping charges, or any other convenience charges, if applicable, are non-refundable unless the issue is due to an error from our side.

7. Return Process

To complete the return or replacement process:

  1. Email or WhatsApp us within 24 hours of delivery.
  2. Share your Order ID, photos, and unboxing video.
  3. Our team will verify the request within 24–48 working hours.
  4. Once approved, reverse pickup or return shipping instructions will be shared.
  5. After product inspection, replacement, store credit, or coupon code will be processed as applicable.

Requests without proper proof may not be accepted.

8. Cancellation Policy

Please review your order carefully before placing it.

  • Cancellation requests can be accepted only before the order is dispatched.
  • Once the order is packed or dispatched, cancellation will not be possible.
  • For any change in order details, shipping address, or contact number, please contact us immediately before dispatch.
  • Eligible cancellations, if approved, may be processed as store credit, coupon code, or refund at the discretion of Vedeshu Global Private Limited.

9. Important Notes

  • Slight variations in fragrance, color, texture, fabric, packaging, or appearance are natural and not considered defects.
  • Vedeshu Global Private Limited reserves the right to approve or reject any return, replacement, cancellation, refund, or store credit request after inspection and verification.
  • Any misuse of the return policy may lead to rejection of future claims.
  • Products must be returned in original condition, with packaging, labels, tags, accessories, and invoice intact.
