Estimated delivery time is usually 2–7 working days across India after dispatch.

For international shipments, delivery may take approximately 15–25 days, depending on the destination country, customs process, courier serviceability, and local delivery conditions.

Free shipping may be available on selected products, offers, or minimum order values.

7. Return & Replacement Policy

Returns or replacements are accepted only in eligible cases, such as:

Used, opened, partially used, washed, altered, or customer-damaged products cannot be returned or replaced.

For fragrance products such as dhoop sticks, dhoop cones, perfumes, and attars, returns will not be accepted due to dislike of fragrance, personal preference, fragrance strength expectations, or sensitivity, if the correct product was delivered in proper condition.

Once the request is verified and approved, a replacement, store credit, or coupon code may be issued as per our policy.

8. Cancellation Policy

Cancellation requests may be accepted only before the order is packed or dispatched. Once an order has been shipped, cancellation will not be possible.
